Based on our conversation, I’ve put this proposal together to reflect what we discussed and what you’re hoping to create—an intimate, meaningful celebration on Isla Mujeres with your closest family and friends after 15 years together.
The Experience
The Venue
Set along the shoreline at Loretta's Beach Club, this is a place where everything can unfold in one beautiful, private setting. For your celebration, the entire space is yours—offering the ease of having your ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and evening celebration all in one place, without ever needing to move from one venue to another.
What makes this setting so special is not only the beauty of the beach, but the way the space allows the day to flow naturally. Your ceremony begins in the later afternoon, about an hour and a half before sunset, to take advantage of the most beautiful light of the day. From there, the celebration moves naturally into a champagne toast, photographs, and sunset then transitions seamlessly beneath the palapa for dinner, candlelight, and dancing under the stars.
It feels relaxed, intimate, and beautifully connected—more like gathering in a private seaside home than hosting an event.
Arrival & Ceremony
As your guests arrive, they’re greeted with a welcome cocktail and time to mingle, settle in, and take in the beauty of the setting before being invited to sit for your beach ceremony.
Then, toes in the sand, gentle waves kiss the shore, and no distractions pulling you out of the moment. You exchange vows on a private stretch of beach. Your ceremony unfolds beneath a bamboo arch adorned with florals and greenery, with a custom ceremony script written especially for you—reflecting your story, your values, and what matters most about this moment. Your bouquet and boutonnière add another personal layer to the setting, while the soft sounds of live acoustic guitar—Bossa Nova and Spanish music—drift through the air.
Sunset Celebration
Following the ceremony, you celebrate with a champagne toast, embrace the people you love, and gather for photographs as the sun begins to lower. This is when the light turns soft and golden, the music continues, and everyone lingers together, enjoying that beautiful in-between time that feels unhurried and full of atmosphere.
Dinner & The Evening Ahead
As evening falls, the celebration transitions beneath the palapa for dinner, where tables dressed with florals and candlelight create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The guitarist continues through dinner, creating a relaxed and intimate atmosphere as everyone settles in to share a beautiful meal together.
This is a natural time for a few words to be shared—a toast, a blessing, a story, laughter around the table.
As dinner gives way to evening, the celebration shifts again. A second musician joins in, the energy lifts, and the night opens into your first dance, followed by dancing, mingling, and time spent simply enjoying being together under the stars.

Your Private Beach Celebration at Loretta’s Beach Club
Couple’s Session at Punta Sur
Included is a one-hour couple’s session at Punta Sur, which can take place on your wedding day before the ceremony or on a separate day, with additional transportation and entrance fees included.
This gives you the best of both worlds—the soft, romantic beauty of your beach celebration at Loretta's Beach Club and the dramatic ocean vistas and natural beauty of Punta Sur. With its cliffs, sea views, and striking landscape, it offers a completely different feel and adds another layer to the story of your celebration.
Private Use of Loretta's Beach Club for your Wedding Celebration
Exclusive use of the beach club for your ceremony and reception, offering a private oceanfront setting where your entire celebration unfolds in one beautifully connected space—from vows on the beach to dinner and evening celebration beneath the palapa.
Photography Coverage (3 hours)
Your photography is provided by Susan Pacek. Thoughtfully guided coverage includes a couple’s session at Punta Sur (on your wedding day or on a separate day), along with photography coverage from guest arrival and welcome cocktails through your beach ceremony, sunset portraits, and the natural flow of the experience until everyone is seated for dinner.
You will receive a curated gallery of 300+ edited, high resolution images delivered via digital download. Additionally, a private, online gallery is provided for three months to sharing with family and friends.
Welcome Cocktail
As guests arrive, a welcome cocktail offers a relaxed and inviting start to the evening—time to settle in, connect, and take in the beauty of the setting before the ceremony begins. It creates a natural transition into the celebration and sets the tone for the evening ahead.
A Ceremony That Tells Your Story
Your ceremony is led by Sabina Tamm and created to reflect your relationship in a way that feels deeply personal and true to you. Through a thoughtful questionnaire and collaborative process, Sabina crafts a custom ceremony rooted in your story, your values, and the meaning behind this moment. This is not a template or pre-written script—it is a ceremony created specifically for you.
Ceremony Details & Personal Touches
Included are the thoughtful details that help shape the look and feel of your ceremony, including a bamboo wedding arch with curated styling and florals, bamboo ceremony chairs, a bridal bouquet and boutonnière, and flower petals for a meaningful ocean offering.
You’ll have the opportunity to choose your ceremony arch style from our inspiration boards and select your floral color palette—allowing these elements to reflect your vision in a simple, cohesive, and personal way.
Dinner Styling & Tablescape
As the celebration transitions into dinner, the table is thoughtfully styled with florals and candlelight to create a warm, inviting atmosphere beneath the palapa.
These details are designed to complement the natural beauty of the setting and carry a sense of cohesion from ceremony into evening—creating a dinner space that feels intimate, relaxed, and beautifully considered.
Dinner & Dessert
Dinner is designed to feel relaxed and celebratory, with the option of either a buffet or a sit-down dinner service, depending on the style of experience you prefer.
You’ll have a choice of three dishes to choose from, allowing the dining experience to reflect your tastes while keeping the planning simple and cohesive.
Dessert is also included, offering a sweet finish to the evening as the celebration continues.
Beverages & Bar
Beverages are woven into the flow of the celebration, beginning with a welcome cocktail for your guests upon arrival, followed by a champagne toast after the ceremony as everyone gathers to celebrate and enjoy sunset.
An open bar is included for three hours, spanning dinner through the evening reception, allowing the celebration to unfold in a relaxed and festive way as the night progresses. The evening concludes at 10:30pm, creating a beautiful, natural arc to the celebration from arrival through the close of the night.
Live Music
Live music is woven throughout the flow of your celebration, adding warmth, atmosphere, and energy as the day unfolds. An acoustic guitarist performs Spanish and Bossa Nova as guests arrive, during the ceremony processional, and thru sunset and dinner, creating a relaxed and intimate ambiance throughout these moments.
For the evening celebration after dinner, the music shifts as a second musician joins on percussion, creating a two-piece live performance that brings a lively, celebratory energy for your first dance, mingling, and dancing.
Transportation
Transportation to and from the venue is included for you and your guests, with taxis arranged to make getting to and from Loretta's Beach Club feel easy and seamless, allowing everyone to simply relax and enjoy the celebration.
Coordination & Planning
Included is thoughtful coordination to bring all of these elements together in a way that feels seamless, cohesive, and effortless for you.
From shaping the flow and timing of the day, coordinating the couple’s session at Punta Sur, overseeing the details of your ceremony setup at Loretta's Beach Club, and coordinating the moving parts of music, dining, transportation, and the overall guest experience—everything is thoughtfully woven together so the celebration unfolds naturally.
This also includes guidance throughout the planning process, from helping you make your selections for ceremony details, florals, and dining, to coordinating logistics behind the scenes and serving as your point of contact as plans take shape.
The intention is simple: for you to feel supported in the planning, present in the experience, and free to enjoy your celebration knowing the details are being thoughtfully cared for.

A Natural Flow for the Day
The timeline below is a draft to help you envision the flow of the celebration and how the experience unfolds for a March 2027 celebration.
If you choose to have your couple’s session at Punta Sur on the wedding day, it would take place before the timeline below begins, with ample time built in to return to Loretta's Beach Club and freshen up before guests arrive. Alternatively, the session can take place on a separate day.
