This document walks through what’s included in your elopement package, along with the choices you’ll make as we shape the details of your day—from your ceremony location and timing to flowers and a few personal touches. It’s meant to keep everything simple, clear, and easy as we bring your vision together.
Photography
Photography is included as part of your elopement experience, with Susan Pacek as your photographer—the same person helping you plan your day and guiding the overall flow of your celebration. That continuity allows the experience to feel more natural and personal, with someone who understands your vision from the beginning and is there to document it as it unfolds. The goal is not just beautiful images, but photographs that reflect how the day felt. Your collection includes professionally edited high-resolution images delivered by digital download. The choices below will help shape the photography part of your experience.
Your Ceremony
The ceremonies we offer are spiritual and symbolic, created to reflect your relationship and the meaning of this moment in a personal and heartfelt way. We do not offer legal weddings in Mexico, and no legal documents are signed as part of your ceremony here.
Most couples take care of the legal part at home either before or after their elopement, then have their real wedding experience here—the vows, the exchange, the celebration, and the memories. It keeps the process simple and allows the focus to stay where it belongs: on the two of you and the experience you’re creating together.

Your Story
Your ceremony is led by Sabina Tamm, a non-denominational celebrant who creates ceremonies that feel personal and true to who you are.
It begins with a thoughtful questionnaire that gives us insight into your story, your relationship, and what matters most to you. From there, Sabina writes a fully personalized ceremony built around your connection and the meaning of this moment.
You’ll receive a draft to review and can refine or add anything you’d like. This is not a template or pre-written script, but a ceremony created just for you.

Your Private Beach Experience
You’ve chosen a really special place for your ceremony. Our private beach is a quiet, secluded stretch of sand on the west side of the island, far from crowds and full of the kind of calm that allows you to settle into the moment.
With soft sand beneath your feet, gentle waves nearby, and golden sunset light, it creates a natural, intimate setting for your vows and photographs. It’s a space where you can slow down, be present, and simply experience your ceremony without distractions.

Your collection includes several details that help personalize your day. Below are the choices you’ll make for the elements we’ll be preparing for you. Once we have your selections, we’ll bring everything together in a way that feels cohesive and true to your vision.
Ceremony Arch Setup
Choose the arch setup you’re drawn to for your ceremony. This will help shape the overall look and feel of your ceremony space.

Bouquet Color Palette
Choose the color palette for your bouquet, and we’ll have your florals designed within that palette using what is fresh, seasonal, and beautiful at the time of your elopement. A coordinating boutonnière will be created to complement the bouquet.

Champagne Selection
A bottle of champagne is included in every collection for you to enjoy after your ceremony. Let us know your preference for your celebration toast by choosing one of the following: Dry | Sweet | Non-alcoholic

Pre-Ceremony Session at Punta Sur
Your collection also includes a pre-ceremony photo session at Punta Sur, one of the most dramatic and beautiful locations on Isla Mujeres. This gives you the chance to experience both the cliffs and your private beach ceremony without having to choose between them.
Before your ceremony, we’ll take you to Punta Sur for a relaxed photo session surrounded by ocean views and the natural beauty of the coastline. For many couples, this becomes a favorite part of the day—quiet, unhurried time together before the ceremony begins.
Afterward, we return to the beach with time for you to freshen up, take a breath, and step into your ceremony feeling present and ready.
Spanish Guitarist
Live music is included to enhance both your ceremony and celebration. Your guitarist will play a blend of Bossa Nova and Spanish guitar during your ceremony, adding a beautiful, relaxed atmosphere to the experience. After your vows, he’ll continue playing while you sip champagne together and soak in the moment as the sun begins to set.
Exclusive to Collection One
10×10 Fine Art Wedding Album
Also included is a 10x10 fine art wedding album with thick lay-flat pages and museum-grade archival printing, designed to beautifully tell the story of your day.
Susan will personally create the first album design, and you’ll receive a digital proof with two rounds of revisions to refine it together.
Choose from real leather, eco-friendly leather, or linen covers, with your first names and wedding date embossed on the cover.
The album includes 10 spreads, with additional spreads available at $75 each. Shipping within the U.S. is included. International shipping is available for an additional fee.
Two Vow Books
Also included are two elegant vow books for your ceremony. These are for writing your vows or personal promises to one another and add a thoughtful, personal touch to your ceremony experience. They also become a meaningful keepsake from your day.
A Simple, Relaxed Timeline
Your day unfolds in a way that feels natural, not overly scheduled. A slow morning. Getting ready without pressure.
If your collection includes a pre-ceremony couple’s session at Punta Sur, we begin there, with time for a relaxed photo session at the cliffs before returning to the beach. Once back at your ceremony location, extra time is built in for you to freshen up, reset, and step into your ceremony feeling present and ready.
Your ceremony begins about one hour before sunset, when the light is soft and beautiful. You exchange vows with the ocean in front of you, then pause, celebrate, sip champagne, and take it all in as the sun begins to set. Photos happen naturally as the evening unfolds.
From there, the day can flow into a sunset dinner, drinks, and time together.
