I’m originally from Colorado, but have called Isla Mujeres home since 2011.

Since 2005, I’ve photographed over 600 weddings across the U.S. and Mexico, capturing moments in a way that feels natural, honest, and lasting. For the past decade, I’ve also specialized in planning intimate destination weddings and elopements on Isla Mujeres, helping couples create celebrations that feel meaningful, personal, and beautifully uncomplicated.

I guide both the experience and the photography with intention and ease—so you can feel present, grounded, and fully experience your day as it unfolds.

Originally from Germany, I’ve called Isla Mujeres home for over 30 years. The island continues to inspire every ceremony I create and every floral design I bring to life.

As a non-denominational celebrant, I craft ceremonies that feel deeply personal, inclusive, and true to each couple’s story.

Through my floral work, I design with local, natural elements—creating pieces that feel organic, intentional, and beautifully connected to the surroundings.

Your ceremony is led by Sabina Tamm, a non-denominational celebrant who is devoted to creating something that feels truly and unmistakably you.

To begin, we invite you to complete a thoughtful questionnaire. It’s more than just information—it’s your story, your heart, and the foundation of everything we’ll create together.

Once received, Sabina carefully reads through your responses to understand your voice, your relationship, and what matters most to you.

From there, she crafts a fully personalized ceremony—one that reflects who you are, how you love, and the meaning behind this moment. You’ll receive a draft to review, with the opportunity to refine or add anything you’d like.

We take the time to truly get to know you—your values, your connection, and what makes your relationship unique. This isn’t a template or a pre-written script. It’s a ceremony built entirely around you.

Your Punta Sur Experience

Imagine exchanging your vows at the edge of the sea, surrounded by dramatic cliffs, sweeping ocean views, and the sound of waves moving below you. There’s something powerful and deeply moving about this space - raw, beautiful, and unlike anywhere else on the island.

Far from the resort feel, Punta Sur offers a sense of openness and wonder that makes the experience feel both intimate and unforgettable. It invites you to slow down, take it all in, and be fully present with each other in a setting that feels extraordinary.

Punta Sur Collection

Pre-Ceremony Couple’s Session
Your experience begins with a relaxed, guided couple’s session along the cliffs of Punta Sur. This time allows you to arrive, settle into the space, and connect with each other before the ceremony begins.

We’ll explore some of the most striking vantage points—dramatic cliff edges, sweeping ocean views, and quiet corners where the island feels expansive and untouched. With gentle direction, you’ll be guided in a way that feels natural and effortless, creating images that reflect both the beauty of the landscape and your connection.

This portion of the experience eases you into the moment, allowing you to feel grounded and present as your ceremony approaches.

Wedding Ceremony
Your ceremony takes place at one of several carefully selected locations within Punta Sur, each offering its own unique perspective of the sea and surrounding cliffs. You may choose a dramatic platform set above the sea, where the ocean stretches endlessly below you, or a more tucked-away cliffside setting that feels quiet and intimate.

With the natural beauty of Punta Sur as your backdrop, your ceremony remains simple, intentional, and deeply personal. The landscape does the work here—no need for added décor—allowing the focus to stay on your connection and the meaning behind your vows.

Through a thoughtful questionnaire and collaborative process, Sabina crafts a custom ceremony rooted in your story, your values, and the meaning behind this moment. This is not a template or pre-written script—it is a ceremony created specifically for you.

Florals
Included is a bridal bouquet and boutonnière. Also included are flower petals for a meaningful ocean offering.

You’ll have the opportunity to select your floral color palette—allowing these elements to reflect your vision in a simple, cohesive, and personal way.

Entrance Fee
Entrance fee into the park is included for the couple.

For guests, the cost is 120 pesos ($7 USD) each.

Transportation
Taxi transportation is included for the couple.

We’re happy to coordinate shared taxis for your guests as well, with costs paid directly to the driver.

Coordination & Planning
Coordination is included to bring everything together in a seamless, effortless way. From the flow and timing of the day to the ceremony, photography, and transportation, each detail is carefully managed so the experience unfolds naturally.

Private Dinner Experience at a Beach Club (Optional Add-On)

As the sun dips below the horizon and your ceremony comes to a close, the celebration gently transitions into dinner.

You’re welcome to make a reservation at one of the island’s restaurants on your own, or, if you prefer a more seamless and elevated experience, we can coordinate the evening for you as an additional service. This includes reserving a private beach club setting and working closely with the venue to thoughtfully plan the details of your dinner.

When arranged by us, the space is set with soft candlelight and florals, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere as everyone settles in under the palapa, just steps from the ocean. You’ll have curated menu options and beverage selections to choose from, allowing the evening to reflect your style. Live music—one or two guitarists—adds a relaxed, romantic ambiance as the evening unfolds.

This is a time to slow down, connect, and simply enjoy being together. Often, it’s here that a few words are shared—a toast, a blessing, a story—followed by laughter around the table.

A wedding cake can be included, with a traditional cake cutting that becomes a sweet, celebratory moment—often followed by a first dance under the glow of candlelight, accompanied by live music.

There’s no formal reception, no DJ, no dance floor—just a relaxed, meaningful dinner with the people who matter most.
